Boot Camp

This class was originally formed to put our serious MMA competitors through the “ringer” to see just how far we could push their athletic potential. Before long, we noticed everyone else wanted to take our Boot Camp class too so we opened it up to everyone.

While only 45 Minutes long, this class delivers results. The class is an instructor lead training session in both physical and mental endurance. Mixing strength training and cardio exercises, the pace is intense and upbeat. Because it is a group environment, the mood is always great. Everyone around you will encourage your success and you will rise to the challenge. Working hard never felt so good, and you will always be glad you came when class is over.

Be prepared to see results. Most who join this class quickly begin to notice weight loss, increased muscle tone, increased endurance, muscle strength and more. Be sure to drink plenty of water before class and be prepared to have a great time.

Any Twisted Fitness member may attend this class, all that is required is a good attitude and a willingness to work hard. This class is also available to non-members. It may be purchased on a per class basis or with a punch card.
