Crunch Time
Now this is a workout! 30 minutes of intense core conditioning focusing on the abdominal muscles, oblique muscles, and lower back. This class is definitely a great time. As soon as the music cranks up you are in for a workout. Non stop crunches, leg lifts and other abdominal/core exercises will sculpt and tone you in ways that will show results. Great for the BJJ and MMA fighters, this class will really build up a strong midsection needed for competitive athletes. This is one of our most popular classes. All of our students seem to enjoy the workout, fun, and amazing results seen by this class. This class is available to all members of Twisted Fitness. Non-members may also purchase on a per class basis or with a 10 visit punch card.
